Giving WordPress Helper plugin a shot. So far I like it.. it’s simple enough 
The plugin shortens the number of steps it takes to post to any blog you are an author on by allowing u to select the blog and action you want to take (such as profile DubYab.com action: write post) and it sends your browser straight to the correct page for that action on the right blog’s admin area..
